Add-on services
Consultation call (45 min) - $95
A focused 45-minute call to discuss your product, sourcing requirements, supplier concerns, order strategy, or next steps.
Not included: supplier research, written sourcing reports, sample procurement, or other project work unless separately purchased.
Pre-shipment Quality Inspection — $290 / inspection
An on-site inspection before your goods leave the factory to help identify quality or quantity issues before shipment.
Not included: product testing, laboratory certification, repair or rework costs, replacement goods, freight, or other supplier/third-party charge
Factory Audit / On-site Visit — $450
An on-site visit to assess a factory and provide additional visibility into its operations and suitability for your order.
Not included: formal laboratory testing, certification, legal due diligence, or guarantee of supplier performance.
Additional Sample Round — $95 + Sample Costs
If you need another round of samples after your included sample round, we can coordinate the process.
Not included: sample product costs and shipping, which are billed separately at actual cost.
Landed Cost & Tariff Analysis — $180
A detailed assessment of the expected landed cost of your product, including applicable tariff considerations, freight estimates, and related import costs.
Not included: customs duties or tariffs themselves, freight charges, customs broker fees, or government charges.
Bilingual Labeling Review — $150
English/French packaging and label compliance check for the Canadian market.
