How we source promotional products

1. Tell us what you need. Send your product type, quantity, target price, timeline, and artwork if ready. We reply within one business day.
2. We find and verify suppliers. We match the product and decoration method to factories that do this work routinely.
3. Quotations and negotiation. You see real factory quotes; we negotiate unit pricing, decoration, and packaging.
4. Samples. A decorated sample is approved before production, so you see your actual logo on the actual product.
5. Quality inspection. Logo and print quality are inspected against the approved artwork before shipment, including bilingual artwork where applicable.
6. Production monitoring, freight, and delivery. We follow production against your deadline and coordinate freight and delivery to the USA or Canada.

Transparent fees

Our fee is published: under $2,000 of goods, $100 flat; $2,000–$5,000, 10%; $5,000–$10,000, 8%; $10,000–$20,000, 7%; $20,000–$30,000, 6%; over $30,000, 5%. A $100 deposit starts the work, credited in full toward the fee and refunded if we cannot find at least three qualified suppliers.
