Beauty tools are an appealing category to source from China because many factories specialize in them, finishes and packaging customization are strong, and private-label runs are routine.

This is also a category where the factory’s credentials matter more than its price list. Anything that plugs in or heats up has to come from a factory whose electrical safety certification is real. Our rule is simple: certified factories only, no exceptions.

How we source beauty tools

1. Tell us what you need. Send your specifications, target price, quantity, and timeline. We reply within one business day.
2. We find and verify suppliers. We only approach factories with the certifications your product requires, and we verify that status up front.
3. Quotations and negotiation. You see real factory quotes; we negotiate materials, finishes, and packaging.
4. Samples. You evaluate a physical sample for function, finish, and packaging before production.
5. Quality inspection. For electric tools, electrical safety certification is verified at the factory level, and finished goods are inspected against the approved sample before shipment.
6. Production monitoring, freight, and delivery. We follow production and coordinate freight and delivery to the USA or Canada.

Transparent fees

Our fee is published: under $2,000 of goods, $100 flat; $2,000–$5,000, 10%; $5,000–$10,000, 8%; $10,000–$20,000, 7%; $20,000–$30,000, 6%; over $30,000, 5%. A $100 deposit starts the work, credited in full toward the fee and refunded if we cannot find at least three qualified suppliers.
