The pitfalls are just as well known. Quality varies widely between factories that look identical on paper, food-contact materials need to be compliant rather than merely cheap, and small errors in dimensions, finishes, or packaging only show up after the goods land.

How we source home & kitchen products

1. Tell us what you need. Send your specifications, target price, quantity, and timeline through the request form. We reply within one business day.
2. We find and verify suppliers. We identify factories that produce your product type and verify them before quoting, not after.
3. Quotations and negotiation. You see real factory quotes, and we negotiate on price, materials, and packaging in your name.
4. Samples. You approve a physical sample before any production decision is made.
5. Quality inspection. Before shipment, the goods are inspected against the approved sample. For food-contact products, we verify material compliance at the factory level, so compliance is established where the product is made.
6. Production monitoring, freight, and delivery. We follow production, coordinate freight, and track delivery to the USA or Canada.

Transparent fees

Our fee is published, not negotiated in the dark: under $2,000 of goods, the fee is $100 flat; $2,000–$5,000, 10%; $5,000–$10,000, 8%; $10,000–$20,000, 7%; $20,000–$30,000, 6%; over $30,000, 5%. A $100 deposit starts the work and is credited in full toward the fee; if we cannot find at least three qualified suppliers, the deposit is refunded.
