How we source custom packaging

1. Tell us what you need. Send your specifications, target price, quantity, and timeline, plus artwork and dielines if you have them. We reply within one business day.
2. We find and verify suppliers. We approach printers and packaging factories set up for your material, finish, and quantity.
3. Quotations and negotiation. You see real factory quotes; we negotiate material grades, finishes, and tooling.
4. Samples and proofs. The dieline and proof are approved before production starts, so dimensions and artwork are locked while changes are still free.
5. Quality inspection. Production color is matched against the approved proof, and finished packaging is inspected before shipment.
6. Production monitoring, freight, and delivery. We follow production and coordinate freight and delivery to the USA or Canada.

Transparent fees

Our fee is published: under $2,000 of goods, $100 flat; $2,000–$5,000, 10%; $5,000–$10,000, 8%; $10,000–$20,000, 7%; $20,000–$30,000, 6%; over $30,000, 5%. A $100 deposit starts the work, credited in full toward the fee and refunded if we cannot find at least three qualified suppliers.
