Electronics accessories are one of the deepest sourcing categories in China: factories specialize narrowly, iterate designs quickly, and support private labeling and packaging customization at accessible quantities.

The category’s trap is compatibility. An accessory that almost fits, charges slowly, or fails a function check generates returns out of proportion to its price. And one boundary is worth stating up front: we source accessories only — we do not source electronic devices themselves.

How we source electronics accessories

1. Tell us what you need. Send your specifications, target device models where relevant, target price, quantity, and timeline. We reply within one business day.
2. We find and verify suppliers. We match each accessory to factories that already produce for those specifications.
3. Quotations and negotiation. You see real factory quotes; we negotiate materials, specifications, and packaging.
4. Samples. Samples go through compatibility and function testing against the devices they are made for before you approve production.
5. Quality inspection. Finished goods are inspected against the approved sample before shipment.
6. Production monitoring, freight, and delivery. We follow production and coordinate freight and delivery to the USA or Canada.

Transparent fees

Our fee is published: under $2,000 of goods, $100 flat; $2,000–$5,000, 10%; $5,000–$10,000, 8%; $10,000–$20,000, 7%; $20,000–$30,000, 6%; over $30,000, 5%. A $100 deposit starts the work, credited in full toward the fee and refunded if we cannot find at least three qualified suppliers.
